Julie is a 19-year veteran Realtor and consistently one of the top agents at Keller Williams Grand Rapids East. Her success is due to her zealous representation of her clients’ best interests in the emotionally charged world of residential real estate. She provides peace of mind and treats every deal like it’s her own.
Her background in merchandising lead to a love of staging homes, a value-added service she provides at no charge. Staging is much more than decorating; it presents your property in its best light, allowing potential buyers to envision the home as their own and selling the home in the shortest amount of time possible and for the most money. Julie works tirelessly and makes herself available at all times for her clients, understanding that time is of the essence in an increasingly competitive real estate market. Julie has a degree in Merchandise Management from Michigan State University.
She was a stay-at-home mother and re-entered the workforce in the title business, which sparked an interest in the real estate world. Julie, along with her husband Evan, are the proud parents of Emily, Jordan and his wife Hannah. In her free time, you’ll find her on the beach at the lakeshore, albeit with cell phone in hand.

Melissa Massara has been Julie’s licensed assistant for 7 years, bringing a fresh perspective and a unique set of experiences to the team. Melissa has a degree in Visual Marketing and Merchandising, and has experience in the restaurant business opening and managing franchises, including Mongolian BBQ. Melissa and her late husband Andrew relocated to Sweden, where she worked in accounts payable for Lear Corporation.
A stay-at-home mother for her children Madi and Luca, Melissa relocated to West Michigan after the untimely passing of her beloved husband. Always interested in real estate, Melissa was referred to Julie by a mutual friend, and the two immediately teamed up to become a force in the Grand Rapids real estate community. She loves staging homes, building relationships, and helping people find a place to start the next chapter of their lives.
When not working, Melissa enjoys the dance careers of daughter Madi, a company member of Deos Contemporary Ballet, and son Luca, who is a graduate of the Royal Ballet School and dancing with Hungarian National Ballet in Budapest.
